William Carl Downey Sr., age 35 of Prescott, Michigan, passed away Tuesday morning at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital, Saginaw.

He was born May 27, 1986 to Brian and Carla (Swanson) Downey in Mount Clemens, Michigan.

William cherished and loved his sons dearly.

He enjoyed working on cars, and always helped anybody in need.

Surviving are his sons, William Jr., Anthony and Travis; his father, Brian Downey; mother, Carla Swanson; sister, Heather Downey, and several loving, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours are from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (funeral service at 7:30 p.m.), Friday, October 22, 2021 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.
