Sylvia Marie Lehotsky, age 76 of Mount Clemens, passed away May 6, 2019 at McLaren Macomb Hospital, Mount Clemens.

She was born July 24, 1942 to Nicholas and Catherine (Siller) Birk in Detroit, Michigan. On November 26, 1971 Sylvia was united in marriage with Alexander D. Lehotsky at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

Mrs. Lehotsky was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Clinton Township. She enjoyed playing cards with her cousins and friends, playing scrabble, solving crossword puzzles, reading, swimming in the family pool, bike riding, spending winters in Florida, and was very social with a one of a kind laugh.Sylvia also looked forward to baseball spring training, so she could watch the Detroit Tigers.

Surviving is her husband, Alexander; daughters, Kerri (Brian) Wojcik, Kelli (Dennis) O'Neil; grandchildren, Olivia Palmer, Zakary Wojcik, Alexis O'Neil, and many cousins. Sylvia was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Catherine Birk.

Visiting hours are 2:00 - 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. (10:30 visiting), Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 24415 Crocker, Clinton Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition.
