Mrs. Suzanne M. Wurfel, age 60 of St. Clair Shores, passed away on Monday morning at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital-Warren.

She was born on June 9, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of the late Richard and Sally (Bizon) Andrzejewski. On November 10, 1978, Suzanne was united in marriage with Alvin Wurfel II at St. Louis Catholic Church in Clinton Township.

Suzanne loved her grandchildren and referred to them as "her heart". She enjoyed gardening, camping, crafts, family time, cooking, her extended family, friends and her pets.

Suzanne is survived by her husband, Alvin II; two children, Alvin (Erin) III and Kaitlyn McCuen; grandchildren Jacob and Isabella; and her brother, Rick (Melissa) Andrzejewski.

Visitation is on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 3:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. at the Will & Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (in state at 9:30 a.m.) at St. Louis Catholic Church, 24415 Crocker Boulevard, Clinton Twp. with the Reverend Father Lawrence Pettke officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
