Suzanne Barbara Kaminski, 86 of Harrison Township Michigan passed away Saturday October 16, 2021.  Suzanne was born in Cook County Illinois, then moved to the Detroit area where she met friends who would remain close her entire life. Also meeting In High School, Her Husband Richard Kaminski whom she would be deeply in love with the rest of her life. They had children together and moved to Harrison township Michigan.

Sue enjoyed animals.  She hatched chickens and ducks, raised baby raccoons, a possum, a pigeon, and a crow. With her growing family she owned a small farm with horses and an apple orchard.  Within the home she had a pet rabbit, raised finches, and maintained multiple fish tanks, and kept a parrot- -or two.  She loved everything outdoors from hunting, snowmobiling and motorcycling to boating.

During her life, Sue became close friends with many who realized her deep empathy for them and their circumstance and she always tried to help by listening, and giving advice that was learned through her difficult times.   Her life was made more complete in knowing them.  Even though she delighted in the smallest of things, like watching frog eggs slowly change into tadpoles and frogs, She was able to complete incredibly adventurous things by visiting far off places like Cosa Rica, Hawaii, and Alaska, and to a person that was easily pleased with the small, the vacations were an absolute delight!

In many ways, "Mom" demonstrated the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31.  Working hard to sew dresses, be a Den mother, attend sporting events, and standing alongside her husband in all obstacles and triumphs.  She worked to show her children a strong work ethic, and to show humility toward others. I will never forget her teaching me to grow up into the person that I am today.

Sue is proceeded in death by her mother Adele (Gargan) Gantz, the fathers who raised her as their own, Martin Gargan, and Nathaniel Gantz, dearly loved son Richard Kaminski, and daughter Marie Kaminski, and grandson Matthew Kaminski. She is Survived by Her Husband Richard Kaminski Sr., her Daughter Kathryn (Kaminski) Ballard, along with husband Dan Ballard  and their children, her grandchildren, Chad and Trish Ballard- -Great grandchildren Lila and  , Alex Ballard, Sean Ballard, Dana Ballard, Jack Ballard, and Lucy Ballard, Her Son Randy Kaminski and his wife Sandy Kaminski and their children, her grandchildren, Joshua Kaminski, Benjamin and Laura Kaminski-Great grandson Noah, Andrew Kaminski, Jacob and Carlye Kaminski, and Elijah Kaminski.

A memorial service will be held this coming Saturday, October 23 ^, 2021 at 1:00 PM at The Shores Church, 24905 Manhattan St. St Clair Shores MI, 48080.
