Sheila Kucharski, age 65 of Mount Clemens, passed away Sunday evening at her home. She was born May 6, 1959 to Paul and Jean (Jamieson) McCarthy in Detroit, Michigan.

Sheila was employed in the food service profession. Her family and friends knew her as a great host, who made everyone feel welcome. Sheila loved to party and throw parties. She had a fun and adventurous spirit. Sheila traveled the last few years of her life, grew in faith, and deeply valued her Catholic tradition.

As a loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by her children, Kelly Anne Kucharski, William Miles Kucharski and Lesley Margaret Kucharski; grandson, William Bellamy Kucharski-Girt; the love of her life, William Michael Kucharski; siblings, Mary McCarthy, Paul Kevin McCarthy, Anne McCarthy-AhYou, Linda Sadowski and Daniel McCarthy, and many nieces and nephews. Sheila was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Jean McCarthy.
