Royal Princess Veronica Lynn (Braune) Bathurst, age 71 of Clinton Township, passed away Monday afternoon at her home.

She was born July 28, 1946 to Willie and Juliette (Cooper) Braune in Detroit, Michigan. On September 12, 1967 Veronica married David B. Bathurst in Chicago, Illinois.

Mrs. Bathurst enjoyed reading, writing, was an animal lover, and authored a book.

Surviving is her husband, David B.; daughters, Julie Lynn Stokes, Laura E. (Peter) Jay; grandchildren, Alex Stokes, Matt Stokes, Anna Bachmann; her mother, Juliette Cargill, and sister, Linda L. Heisner. Veronica was predeceased by her father, Willie Braune.
