Ronald Samuel Ruby, age 85 of Macomb, passed away early Wednesday morning at McLaren Macomb, Mount Clemens.

He was born July 14, 1938 to Marvin and Verna (Freshney) Ruby in Mount Clemens, Michigan. On June 24, 1982 Ronald was married to the former Florine Berrey at First Congregational Church, New Baltimore.

Ronald served in the United States Army during the Korean War, and was employed for thirty years at Ford Motor Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, watching football and baseball, and going to his cabin up north.

He is survived by his children, Robin Lennier, Roxanne Kramer, Sandra (Timothy) Stockford, Robert (Anita) Moseley and Jeffrey (Joy) Moseley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ronald was predeceased by his wife, Florine on March 19, 2012; daughter, Laura Rohrkemper and twin brother, Donald Ruby.

Visiting hours are 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. (in state 10:00am), Monday at Living Word Fellowship Church, 60170 New Haven Road, Lenox, MI with Reverend Warren Hood officiating.

Burial will follow at Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.
