Ralph Robert Butki

1944 - 2019

Mr. Ralph R. Butki, age 74 of Macomb Township, passed away on Friday morning at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township.

He was born on April 25, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan, a son of the late John and Stella (Bayster) Butki. On October 11, 1980, Ralph was united in marriage with Elaine Zuhlke in Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton Township.

Ralph had worked for the liquor Control for the State of Michigan. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and automobiles. He especially loved his dog, Scotty and cat, Harry. Ralph served in the United States Army.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Elaine; siblings, Thomas Butki and Denise (Ernie) Ahnert. Ralph was predeceased by two siblings, John Butki and Clementine Cyburt.

Visiting hours are on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home with the Reverend Father Michael N. Cooney officiating.

Mr. Butki's cremated remains will be entombed with Full Military Honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Township, Michigan at later date.
