Philip Zane Kierpaul, age 78 of Clinton Township, passed away late Sunday evening at Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills. He was born September 2, 1937 to Robert and Zenona Kierpaul in Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Kierpaul was a graduate of Wayne State University School of Pharmacy. He proudly owned and operated Phil's Pharmacy in Mount Clemens for over 30 years, and was a pharmacist for the United States Army Reserves for 6 years. Phil was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed hunting and boating.
Surviving are his daughters, Melissa (Ken LeSage) Kierpaul, Beth (Larry Hooper) Kierpaul and Kristen (James DeBona) Kierpaul, and sisters, Roberta (John) Angeliu, Karen Kierpaul and Deborah (Roman) Kwarcinski.
Visiting hours are 3 - 9 p.m. (Rosary 7:00 p.m.), Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.
Funeral mass 11:30 a.m. (in state 11:00) Thursday at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mount Clemens with Father Michael Cooney officiating.
