Mr. Norman Wesley Butt, age 91, of Clinton Township passed away on Saturday at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens.

Norman was born on February 10, 1928 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, the son of the late Norman Wesley and Lillian(Scratch) Butt. On August 22, 1959 he was united in marriage to Gloria F. Deprez in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Mrs. Butt passed away on August 9, 2006.

Mr. Butt served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He attended church at St. Peter Catholic Church, was a master plumber, and was the owner of A & B Plumbing. He is survived by his two sisters, Virginia and Joyce, and predeceased by three sisters, Shirley, Louise and Mary.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens, Michigan 48043.

The funeral Mass will take place at 11:30 a.m. (in state at 11:00 a.m.) on Friday, August 16, 2019 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mount Clemens, Michigan 48043 with the Reverend Father Michael N. Cooney officiating.

Private Entombment will follow at Cadillac Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
