Mrs. Nancy Jean Novack, age 87, of Rutherford County, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday at Stonecroft Assisted Living.

Nancy was born September 3, 1938. Her husband, Robert Phillip Novack, preceded her in death on October 22, 2001. They were married for 46 years. They lived in Italy and Norwalk, Ohio, and raised their three children in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

She enjoyed living and traveling with her daughter, Cheryl Jean Taylor.

Nancy is survived by two sisters, Patricia Theide and Sandy (Rick) Kania; her sons, Michael (Melanie) Novack of Morocco, Indiana, and Glenn (Ruth) Novack of Chesterfield Township, Michigan; three grandchildren, Daniel (Cassie) Denton, Nathan (Carrisa) Novack, and Chanel (Jayden); and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service to be announced at a later date.

She will be interred with her husband, Robert, at Clinton Grove Cemetery in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, under the direction of Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral  Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens, MI. Online condolences may be made at www.crowemortuary.com.
