Nancy Ann Merryman

Mrs. Nancy Ann Merryman, age 88 of Macomb Township, passed away on Wednesday afternoon at her home.

She was born on January 7, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter off the late Arthur and Irma (DeGrieck) Tanghe. In December 1961, she was united in marriage with Melvin Merryman in Harrison Township. He passed away on April 6, 2007 in Detroit.

Nancy enjoyed being a homemaker and playing cards.

Surviving are six children, Kenneth (Margaret) Nyboer, Ronald (Sue) Nyboer, Sandra (Mike) Huyghe, Jerry (Roberta) Merryman, Timothy Merryman and Daniel Merryman; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren. Nancy was predeceased by a son, David, a grandson, 2 brothers, James and Donald Tanghe.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens. Burial will be on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:00 am at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.

Due to COVID - 19 restrictions, only 25 people are allowed in the building at one time. Please keep your visiting to a minimum as to allow others to pay their respects. Face masks are required (covering nose and mouth). No food or drink is allowed in the funeral home.
