Mrs. Nancy Ruth Kreager, age 84, of Harrison Township, passed away on Friday afternoon at the Medi Lodge of Richmond.

She was born on September 14, 1938 in Mount Clemens, Michigan a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Coran) Minton. Nancy was united in marriage with Harvey O. Kreager on August 10, 1985 in Mount Clemens. Mr. Kreager passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 1988 in Harrison Township.

Nancy worked as a press operator in the automotive industry for many years. She was a member of St. Hubert Catholic Church in Harrison Township.

Mrs. Kreager is survived by three son's, Ronald Painter, William Painter and John Painter, four daughters, Kathleen Wiegand, Sharon Moore, Margaret Kerin, and Lynda VanHulle, her siblings, Chuck Minton, Richard and Alice. Nancy was predeceased by 2 infant babies, and first husband, Ronald Painter.

Visitation will be on held on Monday , April 10, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11:00 am (visitation at church 10:00 am) at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss Street, Harrison Township, with the Reverend Doug Bignall officiating. Burial will follow to Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
