Mrs. Marguerite P. Meldrum, age 91 of Harrison Township, Michigan passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at her home.

She was born on August 15, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Raymond and Margaret Pearl (Cochran) Ronson. In July 1952, she was united in marriage with Vincent A. Meldrum (Mel) in Detroit, and moved to Harrison Township in 1971.

Marge was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Mount Clemens and active in the Altar Society. She also was a member of the Daughters of Macomb. She was an avid bowler, attended card club, enjoyed outings with her dear friends, and volunteered for many school and church functions. She took great pride in her Irish heritage and was also very patriotic, but her proudest achievement was her 8 children that she and Mel raised together.

She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Vincent A. Meldrum (Mel), loving mother of Grant (Mary Ann) Meldrum, Coleen (Tim) Rocker, Kevin (Gina) Meldrum, Scott (Ann) Meldrum, Renee (Dennis) Edel, Mary (Tom) Konen, Michele Froehlich and Daniel (Ashley) Meldrum; grandmother of 20 and 15 great grandchildren, and her sisters, Judith Provencher and Kathleen Ronson. Marge was predeceased by her siblings, Patricia Perron, Virginia DenDooven, Raymond Ronson and Shirley Fasczewski.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 9:30 am (in state at 9:00 am) at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, M
