Mrs. Linda Therese Chapin, age 69, of Roseville passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

Linda was born on April 8, 1950 to the late John and Nettie (Goolsby) Prohaska in Detroit, Michigan. She was extremely close and loved spending with her family. Linda was an avid gardener, enjoyed reading, traveling, mall walking, motorcycle riding, going to the casino, and the boating lifestyle.

Mrs. Chapin is survived by her daughter Audrey (Matt) Sayes; grandchild Baedyn Nies; siblings Karen (Vince) Fournier, Denise Prohaska, and Chuck Prohaska; and Dave the cat. She was predeceased by her husband Mark Chapin; her sons Carl Nies and Jeffrery Nies; and her siblings Paul Prohaska, David Prohaska, and Paulette Sutkoff.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2019 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Ave., Mount Clemens, Michigan 48043.
