Laurie Anne Lucia-Swoffer

Mrs. Laurie Anne Lucia-Swoffer, age 61 of Shelby Township, passed away on Friday morning in her home.

She was born on October 17, 1957 in Center Line, Michigan, the daughter of the late Gerald and Geraldine (Patnaude) Lucia. On May 1, 1987, Laurie was united in marriage with Steven Swoffer in Shelby Township.

Laurie enjoyed scrap-booking and photography.

Laurie is survived by her husband, Steve and son, Ryan (Bridget) Lucia, and granddaughter, Amelia "Millie" Lucia. Laurie was predeceased by her brother, Keith Lucia.

Visiting hours are on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funereal Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.

Funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home with the Reverend Father Michael N. Cooney officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Clinton Township.
