Kenneth Edward Caudill, age 77 of Clinton Township, passed away Sunday morning at his home.

He was born May 29, 1946 to Clarence and Egie (Hicks) Caudill in Springfield, Ohio.  On September 26, 1980 Ken was united in marriage with Susan Kay Greenhaw at St. John Lutheran Church, Fraser, Michigan.

Mr. Caudill served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a member of V.F.W. Post 1146. He was the owner of Ken's Modernization, retiring in 2017. Ken enjoyed playing the guitar, golfing and telling jokes.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Nicole (Michael) Walton, Amanda (Chris) Lee, Symantha Caudill, Nancy (Michael Allen) Caudill and Vanessa Caudill; grandchildren, Joshua, Jenna, Tyler, Shelby, Kaylee, Wesley, Evan and Tatum; brother in law, Curtis Vallen, and nephews, Mark and Matt. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Egie Caudill, and sister, Becky Vallen.

Memorial visitation will be held S aturday, February 24, 2024 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens, with a Military Honor service at 7:00 p.m under the direction of American Legion Post #4.
