Karen Lee Friedrich, age 76 of St. Clair Shores, passed away Thursday evening at McLaren Macomb, Mount Clemens.

She was born May 2, 1947 Irene and Roland Trombley in Michigan. On March 6, 1971 Karen was united in marriage with Frank J. Friedrich in Detroit. The couple settled in St. Clair Shores.

Karen was a seamstress and was employed at Kroger. She loved taking care of her family.

Surviving is her daughter, Kalee (Dannon "Dano") Remsnyder, and grandson, John. Karen was predeceased by her husband, Frank; son, John, and brother, R.B. Trombley.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
