Jennell Joy Bell born to Joyce E. Bringman Dudley Final and Billy Dudley at Hazel Park Hospital, Michigan October 1, 1959, passed away March 31, 2023 at at 63 in St Petersburg, FL.

Jennell, absolutely Loved Florida.  She was a 1977 graduate at Largo Sr High School and lived in St Petersburg, Florida most of her Life except for the several years living in and around Ferndale and Chesterfield, MI.  She worked in the Occupational Hospitality and Service Industry and served her community.

Jennell is proceeded in death by her Father Billy Dudley, Her Step Father Robert D. Final, brothers Robert D. Final Jr and Kurt A. Final.

She is survived by her Mother Joyce E. Final; New Baltimore, MI, Step Sister Debbie K. Ellis; Cape Coral, FL, Step Brother David S. Final; Clinton Twp, MI, Cynthia M. Pyne; Polson, MT,  many nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends.

A 'Celebration of Life Ceremony' will be held at a later date.  All funeral arrangements were private.
