Jason Mark VanBecelaere, age 26 of St. Clair Shores, passed away on Saturday. He was born in Grosse Pointe, on January 29, 1990, to Mark and Kim (McDaid) VanBecelaere.
He enjoyed playing video games, listening to Dub Step and EDM music, and loved Reggie, his bearded dragon. Jason will always be remembered for his gentle, kind spirit and his ability to make everyone around him laugh and smile when we needed it most. He was loved deeply by his family who never gave up on him.
Jason is survived by his parents Mark and Kim; sister Amy VanBecelaere; and grandparents George and Audrey VanBeceleare, Jacquelyn Yost, and Roger and Barbara McDaid. He was predeceased by his grandfather Jerry Yost.
Visiting hours will be from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

A memorial service will be held at Noon, Saturday with Father Ron officiating.
