Gloria Marie Hohf, age 90 of Chesterfield, passed away Friday morning at Church of Christ Care Center, Clinton Township.

She was born April 7, 1928 to Anthony and Margaurite (Perry) Gaffke in Roseville, Michigan. On February 7, 1948 Gloria was united in marriage with Ervin J. Hohf at Zion United Church of Christ, Mount Clemens.

Mrs. Hohf was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, the Saurs Caravan Camping Club, was employed by the Macomb County Sheriff Department as a crossing guard, and was a former member of the F.O.E. #1289. She enjoyed sewing and reading.

Surviving are her children, Cheryll Helzer, Gary (Linda) Hohf; grandchildren, James (Dawn) Wawrzyniak, Kevin (Katy) Hohf, Lisa Hohf; great grandchildren, Alec Wawrzyniak, Bryce Wawrzyniak, Adam Hohf, Abigail Hohf, Asher Hohf, and brother, Dennis (Diana) Trombley. Gloria was predeceased by her husband, Ervin on May 21, 2009, and siblings, Georgia Darling, Barbara Gaffke, Harry Trombley, Irvin Trombley, Larry Trombley and Pamela Trombley.

Visiting hours are 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. (in state 9:30), Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Zion United Church of Christ, 68 New Street, Mount Clemens with Pastor Scott Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township.
