Gloria Ann Herron (Barton), 87, of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away at Vista Springs Washington Place, Washington, Michigan on November 6, 2018.

She was born in Mount Clemens, Michigan on October 28, 1931 to the late, Thomas and Margaret (Gallagher) Barton. She graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1949. She graduated from Detroit Business College. On February 5, 1955 Gloria was united in marriage with Richard Charles Herron

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Douglas) Casamer of Allenton; and her son, Charles (Vickie) Herron of Clinton Township; grandchildren, Samantha Herron, Tiffany Herron, Thomas Herron, and Mark Casamer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard on April 10, 2009; sister, Patricia Barton; and her parents, Thomas and Margaret Barton.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Mount Clemens, and was a lifelong member of Canada Creek Ranch Association in Atlanta, Michigan. Gloria will be deeply missed by her family and her friends at Vista Springs in Washington Township.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. (in state 10:00 a.m.), Monday, November 12, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church, 168 Cass Avenue, Mount Clemens. Private burial will follow at Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.
