Mrs. Glenda F. Ballard, age 87 of Macomb Township, passed away Saturday afternoon at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township.

She was born on September 4, 1933 in Greenway, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth (Parmley) Webster. On November 20, 1954, Glenda was united in marriage with Leslie Ballard in Detroit.

Glenda was a member of CrossPoint Church in Clinton Township. She enjoyed reading, golfing, raising flowers and especially her cat, Smoky.

Glenda is survived by her husband of 67 years, Leslie and mother of 6 children, Danny (Kathy) Ballard, Katherine (Dan) Callahan, Chris (Kim) Ballard, Karen (Rick) Martinez and Ryan Ballard; grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 5; 2 sisters, Patricia Gazley and Elaine Latimer. Glenda was predeceased by her son, Bobby Ballard and 2 siblings, Billy Webster and Doris Ratliff.

Visiting hours are on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (viewing at 10:00 am) at CrossPoint Church, 44000 North Avenue, Clinton Township, MI 48035 with Pastor David Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow at Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.
