George Martin Flemming, age 64 of Mount Clemens, passed away early Tuesday morning at home.

He was born May 23, 1960 to Richard and Patricia (Seiler) Flemming in Mount Clemens, Michigan. On July 24, 1982 George was united in marriage with Susan Simun at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Macomb.

Mr. Flemming was employed as an I.T. Professional at Compuware and BMC for 29 years. He enjoyed golfing, camping on the AuSable river, University of Michigan football and basketball, and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

George is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Matthew (Kristina) Flemming, Michael (Kelly) Flemming, Rebecca (Steve) Smith and Martin (Echo) Flemming; his mother, Patricia (Tom) Rich; grandchildren, Elliott, Elaina, Lucas, Easton and Lilah; his dogs, Lucy and Daisy, and sisters, Laura (John) Burback and Paula (Mike) Parent. He was predeceased by his father, Richard.

Visiting hours are 2:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Clinton Grove Cemetery, Clinton Township.
