Elizabeth Ann Rife, age 71 of Clinton Township, passed away June 28, 2016 at her home. She was born December 2, 1944 to James A. and Elizabeth A. (Mollison) Preble in SanDiego, California. Elizabeth was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Mount Clemens. She was devoted to her religion, praying the rosary daily. She enjoyed shopping, going for ice cream, playing bingo and euchre, her cat, and especially loved spending time with her family. Surviving are her children, Larry (Suzanne) Rife IV and Mindy Rife; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emma and Larry V, and her brother, James Preble. Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents, James and Elizabeth Preble, and brother, Michael Preble. A memorial mass will be held at 9:00 a.m. (8:30 visiting), Saturday, August 6, 2016 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mount Clemens.
