Earl Robert Broughton

Mr. Earl R. Broughton, age 71 of Lenox Township, passed away Sunday evening at Autumn Woods Health Care in Warren.

He was born on June 21, 1948 in Mount Clemens, Michigan, a son of the late Earl and Barbara (Templin) Broughton. On April 29, 1974, he was united in marriage with Glenna Konar in Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton Township.

Earl served in the United States Army. He was the owner of Early Bird Earls landscaping and enjoyed gardening and truck-pulling.

Earl is survived by his wife, Glenna "Lynn", sons, Michael (Christine) Broughton and Jeffry (Carlos) Broughton; four grandchildren, Hanna Broughton, Loren, Bryon and Tyson Peterson, four sisters, Linda (Harvey) Kuester, Suzanne (Cliff) Foss, Sharon (James) Harris and Marjorie (Roger) Noteboom.

Cremation arrangements entrusted to Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.
