Dorothy Jean Elbrader

Mrs. Dorothy J. Elbrader, age 88 of Clinton Township, passed away Saturday morning at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township.
She was born on February 14, 1930 in Garland, Kansas, a daughter of the late Ben and Dora (Hoggatt) Greenfield. On August 1, 1948, Dorothy was united in marriage with Buddy Frederick Elbrader in Fort Scott, Kansas. Mr. Elbrader passed away on Thursday, July 30, 1998 in Clinton Township.
Dorothy had worked as the financial secretary at First Baptist Church of Mount Clemens and now known as CrossPoint Church in Clinton Township.
Mrs. Elbrader is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Cherie. Dorothy was predeceased by three siblings, Ben and John Greenfield and Evelyn Balletti.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 and 10:00 a.m. (in state 9:00 a.m.) at CrossPoint Church, 44000 North Avenue, Clinton Township, with Pastor David Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Washington Township.
