Donna Grace Wormlight, age 88 of Mount Clemens, passed away Saturday afternoon at Church of Christ Assisted Living, Clinton Township.

She was born September 15, 1934 to Henry and Ida (Kratz) Boccaccio in Detroit, Michigan. On May 13, 1953 Donna married David Eugene Drook in Marion, Indiana. Mr. Drook passed away May 11, 1966. Donna then was united in marriage with David George Wormlight July 25, 1971 in the Chapel at S.A.N.G Base, Harrison Township. Mr. Wormlight passed away December 8, 2017.

Donna was a volunteer at St. Joseph East Hospital, Mount Clemens General Hospital, and in the Mount Clemens Community. She enjoyed playing BUNCO, playing cards, bowling, sewing and making crafts.

Surviving are her children, Barbara (Carl) Dibble, Sue (Joe Gersh) Drook, Richard (Linda) Wormlight, Jolene Drook, David (Deborah) Drook Jr., Steven (Linda) Wormlight, Melissa Lee and Emma (Bob) DeVeaux; 25 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sisters, Audrey Nanni and Etta Myers; son in law, Roger Hanselman, and 70 nieces and nephews. Donna was predeceased by her daughter, Polly Anna Hanselman on August 22 2020, and siblings, Lee Boccaccio, Dolores Nieman, Helen Zimmerman, Mary Niemi and Lucy Schram.

Visiting hours are 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
