Darlene Ann Wilson-DeRocco, age 62 of Shelby Township, passed away October 20, 2017 at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy.

She was born April 23, 1955 to James and Gladys (Helzer) Wilson in Mount Clemens, Michigan. She is survived by her children Jeffery DeRocco, Tracey Cox, and Trevor DeRocco. As well as her grandchildren, Alexandra Cox, Markus Cox, Meghan Cox, Matthew Cox, and Natalie DeRocco.

Darlene loved the outdoors, especially the water. She adored sunsets, bonfires, sports or just gazing at the stars. She was motived by her unconditional love for her children and grandchildren. She was a relentless fighter and has been an inspiration to the people that were lucky enough to know her. She will be deeply missed by her family.

A visitation will be held from noon until the memorial service time of 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.
