Daniel Michael Palm

June 30, 1963 - May 25, 2021

Daniel M. Palm, age 57 of Monroe, formerly of St. Clair, passed away peacefully Tuesday at his home. He was born June 30, 1963 to Joseph and Ellen (Connors) Palm in Detroit, Michigan.

Daniel was a semi-truck driver for the United States Postal Service. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Monroe. Daniel's personality was larger than life and he had a giving heart. He enjoyed long conversations, joke-telling,  fishing, boating, swimming, drumming, singing, cooking, eating, watching the Boarder Cats hockey games, and leaving comical voice messages for his family and friends.

Surviving are his children, DJ Palm, Angela Palm, Stacee (Vernon) Hague, Joseph (Heather) Palm and Prescott (Tia) Palm; grandchildren, Moses, Layla, Paisleigh and baby Hague on the way; his mother, Ellen Palm-Mackowiak; step-mother, Marti Palm; brothers, Joseph Palm, Kevin (Joyce) Palm and Michael (Julie) Palm; fiancé Rhay Ann Jay Munlupig, and her daughter, Gabrielle Manlupig. Daniel was predeceased by his father, Joseph and step-father, Raymond Mackowiak.

A memorial mass will be held Monday June 7 ^th , 2021 at 11:30AM, (visiting to begin at 11:00), at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market Street, Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
