Mrs, Constance Dawn Grace, age 71 of Harrison Township, passed away upon Friday morning air her home in Harrison Township.

She was born on January 6, 1952 in Mount Clemens, Michigan, a daughter of the late Carl and Kathryn (Krause-LaRue) Schneider. Connie was married to Mark Schumacher.

Connie had worked as a bus driver and a newspaper sorter-filler at the Macomb Daily Newspaper. She was a 1970 graduate from Richmond High School.

Connie is survived by her husband, Mark, and her son, Paul Grace, step children Samantha, Steven and Scott; grandchildren, Allison, Megan, Brianna, Brayden, Danica, Lucas and Baxter; great granddaughter, Arianna. Connie was the oldest of her siblings, Marilyn, Chuck, John, Jim, Mike, Evanne, Aimee, Stewart and Elizabeth. Connie was predeceased by her [parents, 3 brothers, James, John and Michael and two nephews, Jason and Nicholas.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Will and Schwarzkoff Funereal Home, Mount Clemens. Connie will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, New Baltimore at a later date.

A Celebration of Connie's life will be held on September 10, 2023 from 2-6:00 pm at the Schumacher Home in Harrison Township.
