Claudia Lynne Sieger, age 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, March 13 ^th at DMC Detroit. Claudia was born on October 29 ^th , 1943, to Claude Cantle and Pauline Lutz-Cantle in Meridian, Mississippi at a military base where her father served.

Claudia was an avid reader – a true lover of words and the emotion they can bring us. She always enjoyed challenging herself with puzzles and loved to discuss films, sharing their impact on her. Claudia loved her time on the water, creating many memories with family and friends through boating. She never missed a televised Piston's game and enjoyed chatting with fellow fans.

While she worked as an Administrative Assistant for many years, Claudia was most defined as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Claudia is survived by her husband of 60 years, Dexter, who she loved dearly. Their marriage together formed a family that filled her life with joy: her three children, Tracy (Tom Meissner), Sean (Lina Chen), and Leigh; her five grandchildren Callie (Michael Cray), Austin (fiancée Gabi Urbaniak), Jacob (Samantha Meissner), Abbey (fiancé Roman Reiner), Matilda; and her great-grandson, Cash. Also, brother William Cantle (Maida Candler). All family members felt her warmth and love; all will miss her dearly but are grateful she is now at peace with the Lord.

Family will receive visitors at 10am on Saturday, March 19 ^th at Trinity Lutheran Church (38900 Harper Ave, Clinton Township, MI 48036). Memorial service to follow at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Claudia's memory to Trinity Lutheran Church (Clinton Township) and St Matthew Lutheran Church (Walled Lake).
