Betty J. (Arsenault) Hanak, age 84 of Macomb, passed away at Marlettte Regional Hospital, November 8, 2020.

She was born May 6, 1936 to Anton and Anna (Schall) Rumpl in Detroit, Michigan.

Betty was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening and taking care of others. She was employed as a nurses aide, and supported the United States Veterans. Betty was married to William Hanak for 28 years.

Surviving are her children, Dennis Arsenault, Mark Arsenault, Brian (Tracey) Arsenault, Renee (Michael) Dunn and Janine (Richard) Earl; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Betty was predeceased by her first husband, Clair Arsenault; daughter, Denise Arsenault, and siblings, Matthew, Eva, Frank, Ann and Tony.

Visiting hours will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.

Burial services will take place at a later date at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Clinton Township.
