Beatrice "Judy" Trombley, age 98, of Clinton Township, a former resident of Lexington, and Mount Clemens, passed away early Thursday morning at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, Clinton Township.
She was born January 2, 1928 to Henry and Kansas (Elliott) Johnson in Chillicothe, Ohio. On March 26, 1947 Beatrice was married to Lloyd Trombley in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Judy always put her family first and found great joy in celebrating holidays surrounded by those she loved. She welcomed everyone with warmth and generosity, often expressing her love through the delicious meals she prepared. No one could match her homemade pies - especially her famous lemon meringue pie. Her grandchildren will fondly remember Grandma's blueberry pancakes, creamy mashed potatoes, and cherished Christmas cookies.
Beyond caring for her family, Judy enjoyed reading, playing cards, and keeping an immaculate home. She especially loved spending summers tending to her vegetable garden, carefully canning and freezing the fruits of her labor to share with others.
Judy was loved by so many and will be deeply missed. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, strength, independence, and the love she gave so freely to everyone around her.
Surviving are her children, Steven Trombley, Linda Trombley, JoAnn Dimaggio, Christine Wargo and Janet Shiell; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Gus Johnson and Doc Johnson, and daughter in law, Banny Trombley.
