Adeline Hilda Pomaville, age 95 of Mount Clemens, passed away Friday morning at her home. She was born November 25, 1930 to Daniel and Alma (Hurttiennie) Miller in Richmond, Michigan.

Adeline enjoyed playing euchre, gin rummy, going for car rides around the lake, listening to country music, and traveling to places like Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Nashville, Hershey Pennsylvania, Branson Missouri, the Wisconsin Dells and Boyne Mountain, Michigan.

She is survived by her children, Dale Engel and Sandra (Patrick) Van Acker, and grandson, Shawn Van Acker. Adeline was predeceased by her husband, Carl Engel; son, Gary Engel, and siblings, Loretta, Marvin, Eleanor, Eileen, Mary, Irvin and Clara.

Visiting hours will be from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot, Mount Clemens.
